Fresh installs or old installs both terrible.I have done the whole suite of 'sfc /scannow' and basic windows 10 file verification.I have attempted to remove Notepad, and then replace it using the Microsoft store.This happens while doing anything: saving, pasting, copying, typing, all of it.4-5 year old Optiplexes and XPS towers, nothing jank but nothing fancy.Small environment, ~20 users, all Windows 10.Others have joined in, reporting the same, adding up to about half of my users. Not some janky or out of date program (like our out of date Photoshop). I've witnessed four users now have their Notepad program freeze. Sometimes I get printer issues, or the occasional complaints about the NAS not being fast enough for everyone's liking (to which I remind people, searching the entire directory with Windows search for your file is a no-no). This thing is making me go a little crazy.
