And very thankful for JSM for the awesome gift. But I got over that, it was appreciated none the less and I use it a lot more than I expected to originally. And I assumed at first it was just a bible, and was disappointed it was a New Testament and not a full bible. It explains every verse, if you wanted to use it for reading and having an explanation immediately there if you choose to look at the red, I read mine about everyday, it’s showing wear, my New Testament was actually gifted to me by JSM. But this particular book is slightly modified King James Version, it’s better Translated than a New King James.
At first the red letter threw me off, yet it’s understandable why it’s done that way, most red letter edition bibles are Jesus’ words. I actually have the 2008 counselor’s edition of this bookĪnd it prompted me to obtain the full Expositor’s Study Bible.
